"Glutes, Arms & Core"
My “Glutes, Arms and Core” program is a 10 video series focused on strength and toning.
Each workout is 20 minutes, so if you’re as busy as I am, you can be sure to get it all in AND the get the results you’re looking for in a short amount of time.

This program focuses on exercises which STRENGTHEN and CHALLENGE the muscles of your arms and of your core.
Workouts are only 20 mins per day for 10 straight days! For best results, do the 10 days in a row!

"8 Weeks to Tone & Transform"
This program is the ultimate way to build strength AND endurance. There are 4 forty minute workouts per week AND daily core workouts!
Consistent training during this program will leave your toned and strong at the end of the 8 weeks!

"2 Weeks to Toned Glutes"
This program will challenge the muscles of your posterior chain (glutes and hamstrings) to not only tone your backside, but to prevent injuries to your lower back and knees.

"14 Day Jumpstart"
This program is perfect if you're looking to move, sweat and improve your overall strength. You will have the best success if you do the workouts consecutively for 14 days. The workouts are only 20 minutes per day, so no matter how busy you are, you should be able to find time to squeeze them in.

"Prenatal Strength"
This program is designed to be safe and effective throughout all 3 trimesters of pregnancy! To get the best results, begin this program in your first trimester of pregnancy.
One thing to remember is how important it is to incorporate strength training into your prenatal regime. A lot of times we focus on what we need to STOP doing. Of course, there are things that need to be modified which we’ll talk about throughout this program, but one thing we need to start focusing on is what we need to START doing in order to prepare our bodies for the stress of not only birth… but of early motherhood.
This program will help you thrive during your pregnancy, birth and into early motherhood… so you can focus on you and your baby…without being bogged down by pain or injury.
